Orders & Production

How long does it take to receive my order?

Since every piece is made to order, production takes 3–7 business days. Add shipping time on top of that — typically 3–5 business days depending on your location.

Can I cancel or change my order?

Because production starts immediately after your order is placed, we can only make changes within 24 hours. Contact us as soon as possible at alexander-marker@live.dk.

Do you offer returns or exchanges?

Since every item is made specifically for you, we don’t accept returns unless the item is defective or incorrect. See our full return policy here.

Where do you ship to?

We ship to most countries worldwide. Some products have country restrictions — these are listed on the product page.

How is my order produced so fast?

We work with production facilities closest to you. US orders are made in the US, European orders in Latvia — shorter routes, faster delivery, lower emissions.
