Refund Policy

EU Customers

As required by EU consumer law, you have the right to withdraw from your order within 14 days of delivery. We go beyond this and offer a 30-day return window for all EU customers.

Please note: This right does not apply to customized or made-to-order items unless the item arrives damaged or faulty.

To initiate a return

  • Notify us within 30 days of delivery at rustnreps@gmail.com
  • Items must be returned unworn, unused, with tags, and in original packaging
  • You'll need your receipt or proof of purchase
  • Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs
  • No exchanges — every item is made to order

Outside the EU

Orders outside the EU are not eligible for return or exchange — each item is made to order.

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us immediately upon receiving your order and we'll make it right.

Return Addresses

Once your return is accepted, we'll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Inspect your order upon reception. If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect — contact us immediately and we'll make it right.

  • Customized or personalized items (unless damaged or faulty)
  • Sale items and gift cards

Refunds

We'll notify you once we've received and inspected your return. If approved, you'll be refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Allow additional time for your bank or card company to process.
